Pausing and resuming your listing

When your listing pauses and how it comes back: the «Is it still available?» confirmation, pausing it yourself, the pause until you accept the new brokerage agreement, scheduling its end, and a delete request.

  1. Your listing pauses if you do not confirm it is available, if you pause it, if you have not accepted the new agreement, or if its end date arrives.
  2. Confirm availability with one tap on «Yes, still available» every 60 days from the last update.
  3. While paused, nothing is lost from your listing data, conversations or interests.
  4. Resume any time; deletion is final, so choose pause if you will come back.

Your listing pauses in four cases: you didn’t confirm it’s still available, you paused it yourself, you didn’t accept the new brokerage agreement by its date, or its scheduled end date arrived. In every case nothing is lost, and you bring it back with one tap or one acceptance.

In short:

  • Confirming: you confirm your listing is still available with one tap every 60 days from its last update, or it pauses on a working day.
  • Pausing: your listing’s details, conversations and interests stay as they are, and you bring it back whenever you want.
  • Deleting: it’s permanent and the team reviews it, so choose pausing if you’ll be back.

Your listing stays visible as long as you confirm it’s available. «Last update» is the most recent of: publishing the listing, the «Refresh my listing» button, an approved edit, and the «Yes, still available» button.

When What happens
45 days after the last update You get the first reminder as a notification and a message, with the expected pause date
5 days before the pause You get the second reminder
60 days after the last update Your listing pauses if you haven’t confirmed

A few rules keep the schedule from catching you out:

  • At least 7 days between the first reminder and the pause, so your listing never pauses sooner than that, however old its last update is.
  • At least 3 days between the second reminder and the pause.
  • Working days only: your listing doesn’t pause on a Friday or Saturday. If the date falls on either, it moves to Sunday, so the listing stays visible to buyers over the weekend.
  • Any update extends the period.

Your listing pauses and disappears from buyers, and you get a notification. In Manage project a red bar shows a «Reactivate opportunity» button, and one tap brings it back. Nothing is deleted.

When your listing doesn’t pause even without confirmation

Section titled “When your listing doesn’t pause even without confirmation”

If buyers are engaging with it, it doesn’t pause, and we remind you weekly instead. This applies in any of these cases:

  • A message in a conversation on your listing in the last 14 days.
  • A new or updated interest request in the last 14 days.
  • An open deal on your listing.
  • An edit waiting for the team’s review.

Pausing is the alternative to a delete request. You hide your listing from buyers and bring it back when you like.

  1. Open the pause

From Manage project → Customize → Visibility choose «Pause it».

In the app: Manage → Settings → Pause listing

  2. Pick how long

1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or «Until I resume». You see the return date before you confirm.

In the app: Manage → Settings → Pause listing → How long

  3. Confirm

Tap «Pause». Your listing disappears from the marketplace right away, and every buyer with a live interest in it gets an email that it is paused for now.

    Illustration: the «Pause» button confirms.

In the app: Manage → Settings → Pause listing → Pause until you resume it

  • By the duration: your listing returns by itself on the date you chose, and you get a «Your opportunity is live again» notification.
  • Sooner: tap the resume button from the same place in Manage project, and it returns with one tap.
  • To its earlier state: your listing returns to the state it had before the pause.

If you accepted an earlier version of the brokerage agreement, a window asks you to read and accept the new one. Your current agreement stays in force until the end of 13 November 2026.

  • After that date without accepting: your live listings pause, except one with a deal or a contract under way. In this period you don’t take new requests or offers and don’t create a new contract.
  • Once you accept: your listing returns by itself, with nothing for you to press. Deals under way continue as they are.
  • Nothing is deleted at any point.

The resume button doesn’t bring the listing back before you accept the agreement. Read and accept the agreement

Instead of remembering to take your listing down, set an end date for it from Manage project → Customize → Visibility. When the date arrives your listing pauses and you get an «Your opportunity expired» notification. You resume it yourself whenever you like.

If you no longer want to sell, choose «Delete the project» from the same window. Pick a reason, type the project name to confirm, then send the request.

  • The team reviews it and tells you the decision here and by email. Until then your listing stays visible.
  • If deleted: the listing closes, conversations and interests are archived, and it can’t be restored.
  • If you change your mind before the decision: tap «Withdraw the request» in Manage project.
  • After a listing is cancelled: its state shows «Opportunity cancelled», and listing it again needs a word with support.
  • Stays: your listing’s details, your conversations, and your interests.
  • Changes: it disappears from the opportunities list, so no new interest arrives until you bring it back.
I can't resume my listing

The message tells you why:

  • Your documents expired: your listing returns by itself once the renewed document is approved, so upload your ID or register. Needed from you
  • You haven’t accepted the new agreement: accept it and your listing returns.
  • The message «Your opportunity returns once you choose a plan or let our team run your deal»: subscribe to a plan or ask for a managed deal.
Do buyers know my listing is paused?

When you pause it yourself, every buyer with a live interest in it gets an email that it is paused for now. And it doesn’t show in opportunities until you bring it back.

Does pausing cancel the brokerage agreement?

No. Pausing doesn’t end the agreement.

Do I need a plan to resume?

No. Resuming is open to you even if your plan ended, except in the cases described above.
