Sell your business with Mumtalakat

This page takes you from registration to a live listing buyers can see. The more complete your details and documents, the faster the review and the higher your «Listing strength».

  • A project owner account, with your identity verified or under review. Account & verification
  • A listing type: idea, partial sale at growth, exit, merger, or digital asset. Listing types
  • Project details: sector, city, key figures, a clear description, and photos.
  1. Register your project

Start at Project registration. The form guides you step by step and saves your draft so you can finish later.

  4. Accept the brokerage agreement

Once the project is approved, open the brokerage agreement and read it to the end; the accept button doesn’t work before that. Then tap «I agree». No drawn signature and no code, but your identity must be verified. A copy arrives by email, and a PDF of the same text is kept in your account.

  5. Set visibility and privacy

From Manage project → Customize you choose who sees your listing, what shows before the NDA is signed, and whether your project name is hidden. Then tap «Preview as buyer» to check. Customize & privacy

Who gets it?

A project owner with no listing live yet. Once per owner, covering their projects and team in the same workspace. It isn’t for owners who already had an owner plan.

When does it start, and how long is it?

10 days. It starts by itself when your first listing goes live, or you start it from your dashboard before publishing to prepare your listing. If you start it before publishing and your listing goes live during it, you get at least 5 days with the listing live. The days left show in a badge at the top of your dashboard, and we remind you two days before it ends.

What does it include?

All Featured features, with limits on what carries a cost: one 30-minute session with an expert in selling businesses, a limited number of analyses and AI assistant credits, and one boost for your listing. You book the expert session from the trial card on your dashboard.

What happens when it ends?

It ends by itself, with no charge. Your listing stays live, and your photos, files and team stay; only the paid features stop. If you hid your project name during the trial, the name shows afterwards unless you subscribe to a plan that includes hiding. We remind you first, and you may pause your listing instead of showing the name.

What if I subscribe during the trial?

When you pay on the website, your remaining trial days are added to your subscription. Pricing

What if my project isn't approved?

You get the reason. Fix the points in your documents or project details, then resubmit.

Can I edit my listing after it's live?

Yes, from Manage project. Some edits are reviewed by the team before buyers see them.

Do I need a plan to publish?

The plans available today are on the pricing page, and the Featured trial is open to you if no listing of yours is live yet.
