Joining the Broker Program
Sign up as a broker without an invitation, complete the two approval conditions (identity verification and accepting the terms), and learn what each account status means.
- Anyone can sign up as a broker without an invitation, and your account starts as «Under review».
- Your account is not approved until two things are done: verify your identity and accept the program terms.
- Our team approves your account and notifies you; only then does your link start attributing.
- Do not share your link until you see your account approved.
The broker program lets you bring buyers to Mumtalakat and earn a share of Mumtalakat’s commission on the deals that close for the buyers you brought. This page explains how to join and what stands between you and your first commission.
1. Sign up
Section titled “1. Sign up”Sign-up is open to everyone from the broker sign-up page. An invitation is optional: an invitation link fixes your email and carries the rate and attribution window set for you; without one, the program’s default terms apply.
2. Complete the two approval conditions

The terms are shown in a window that only closes once you accept. They govern your share, your attribution window and when a commission is reversed.

Account statuses

If the terms change
Section titled “If the terms change”The new version is shown in a window before you continue, and it does not apply to you until you read and accept it. Your earlier acceptance stays on record for the version you worked under.
