Contract Templates
Design your sale contract or NDA once on Mumtalakat: upload a PDF, place the fields on it, and make it the active template. It's filled in on every new deal and both parties sign electronically.
- Design your sale contract or NDA once instead of preparing a new contract for every buyer.
- Upload the contract PDF, place the fields on the pages, then preview and save.
- The active template fills in automatically when the buyer confirms the offer, and both parties sign.
- Without a template, you prepare the contract yourself and upload it as a PDF from the deal file.
Instead of preparing a new contract for every buyer, you design your template once. When a buyer confirms an offer you accepted, your active sale-contract template is filled with the deal’s data automatically and opened for signing.
You’ll find them under Contracts → Templates. Templates are a feature of paid plans and the Featured trial, and how many you can have follows your plan. Pricing

Without a template
Section titled “Without a template”If you have no active sale-contract template, nothing stops: you prepare the deal contract yourself and upload it as a PDF from the deal file, and the platform suggests building a template for future deals. You can also buy a ready-made contract from the store, which is added to your templates.
