Mumtalakat has two separate things: an annual plan a project owner picks for their listing tools, and a brokerage commission that is only due when a deal closes. Current prices and the running offer are always on the pricing page:

Start it whenever you like
From your dashboard, even before publishing, to prepare your listing with it. If you don’t, it starts by itself when your first listing goes live.

The days left show in a badge at the top of your dashboard, and from the trial card you can book a 30-minute session with an expert in selling businesses. If you start before publishing and go live during the trial, you get at least 5 days of it with your listing live.

We remind you two days before it ends. If you subscribe on the website during the trial, the days left are added on top of your subscription.

Who can take the trial?
Every project owner with no listing live yet. Owners whose listing was live before the launch are invited in batches and see «Start your trial» on their dashboard when their turn comes. The trial is once per owner, and not for owners who already had an owner plan.
What happens when it ends?
If you have the free plan, your account returns to it automatically: your listing stays live and your photos, files and team stay. Only the paid features stop, and nothing is deleted.
Does my project name stay hidden after the trial?
Not unless you subscribe to a plan that includes the anonymous listing. We remind you first, and you can pause your listing instead of showing the name. Your personal name stays hidden either way.
The free plan
Section titled “The free plan”The free plan is no longer shown on the pricing page for new accounts. If you already have the free plan, you keep it with its limits unchanged.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Section titled “Payment, renewal and refunds”- You pay once for the term. A subscription bought on the website does not renew automatically and nothing is charged after it; we remind you before it ends so you can renew yourself.
- A subscription through the Apple App Store follows your Apple subscription settings.
- Golden guarantee: if the plan isn’t for you within 3 days of paying for your first subscription, request a full refund from your billing page, no reason needed.

Buyer plans
Section titled “Buyer plans”Buying basics are free and unlimited: browsing with advanced filters, saves, interest requests and offers, negotiating in conversations, and instant alerts. The two paid plans are monthly subscriptions that add your standing with the seller; they never unlock something that is locked on free. Their prices are on the buyer pricing page.
The brokerage commission
Section titled “The brokerage commission”- When is it due? When two things are both true: the final deal contract is signed, and the owner has received the deal amount or part of it. With instalments, it is due in proportion to what is actually collected.
- How is it paid? In a deal through a ضامن escrow account it is deducted from the owner’s share at release. With a direct transfer, the owner pays it from the commissions page after confirming the money arrived.
