  1. With the managed deal, our team prepares the plans, markets your project and negotiates for you until signing.
  2. You apply with no commitment and see the price and terms before you agree.
  3. You approve the plans, decide on offers, and can end the mandate any time.
  4. Read the full mandate terms before you agree.

The managed deal is a service for owners who don’t have the time to run their deal themselves. Our team takes on the plans, the marketing and the negotiation. The important decisions stay yours.

  • Our team prepares your plans, markets your project and negotiates for you until signing.
  • Applying commits you to nothing, and you see the price and terms before you agree.
  • You approve your plans, decide on offers, and can end the mandate whenever you like.

Three plans

A targeting plan to find the buyers and partners that suit your project and how to reach them, a marketing plan with its channels and campaigns, and a content plan that shapes your listing, photos and Q&A.

Deal management

Buyer screening, neutral negotiation, meetings, conversations, and contract preparation through to signing.

Regular report

You know where your deal stands without having to ask.

A full year of the Growth plan

Included, so your project ranks higher in search. Already on Growth or Business? Your plan extends by a year.

  1. Complete your project file

We review requests on a complete file. Finish what is missing from your dashboard, such as photos, financial figures and verification, then apply.

  2. Apply

From Deal management. Applying commits you to nothing.

  3. We review and reply

We reply within two working days.

  4. Review the price and terms

If we accept, you see the service value and the mandate terms before you decide. The value is set per project, so it depends on the offer you receive.

  5. Sign the platform agreement, then agree and pay

The mandate terms refer to the signed platform agreement, so we ask you to sign it first. Then you tick your agreement and pay, and the payment is your signature on the mandate. If the service is offered to you with no fee, your agreement is the signature.

  6. Work starts

Our team starts within one working day, and you follow along from your deal page.

Plans

You read each plan on its page, then approve it or send it back with your notes. If you send it back, the team revises it and sends a new version within two working days.

Offers

Your deal manager reviews each offer that arrives and brings it to you on the Offers page with a recommendation, within one working day. You are the one who accepts or declines.

Paid ad campaigns

Entirely optional. You decide whether you want them, set the budget, and pay it through a link separate from the service. You add them from the marketing plan page.

Buyer questions

Our team prepares questions buyers usually ask. Answering is optional, and publishing your listing doesn’t wait for it.

The mandate itself

You can end it whenever you like from your deal page, and you can write a note about the service that reaches the desk supervisor, who replies in Support. When you end it, exclusivity ends that day, and the success fee stays due on a buyer who reached you through us, under the agreement’s terms.

After payment you follow everything from these pages:
