Once your listing is live, these tools help you market it yourself and strengthen its file. You’ll find them in the Tools section, and «Invite & earn» in the Account section. Some depend on your plan. Pricing

Ad designer

Turns your listing into an ad card with your photos and branding, carrying a QR code and a link that bring interested buyers to your listing. Every card you share is free advertising for your project.

  1. Open the tool

    From Tools → Ad designer.

  2. Design your card

    Pick the design, and edit the text and photos.

  3. Write your copy or ask for a suggestion

    Write your marketing line, or tap «Suggest copy» and the AI assistant suggests one from your credits.

  4. Export and share

    The card exports in two sizes, story and square, for WhatsApp, Instagram and more.

AI valuation

Section titled “AI valuation”

Analyses your project and gives you a readiness score across five areas: project identity, business vision, financial strength, team and readiness, and market and growth. Each area comes with a tip to improve it, starting with your weakest one.

  1. Open the tool

    From Tools → AI valuation.

  2. See a sample or analyse your project

    The sample is open to everyone. Analysing your own project depends on your plan, and each plan has a number of analyses a year.

  3. Fix what's missing

    Complete the details the analysis points to; the more complete your data, the sharper the analysis.

Invite & earn

Invite people to Mumtalakat with your personal link, and get credit in your account.

  1. Copy your link

    From Account → Invite & earn.

  2. Share it

    With project owners or buyers you know.

  3. Your credit is added

    When your friend signs up and their identity verification is approved, the credit is added to your account; it can take up to 24 hours to appear.

  • The credit comes off your next plan-subscription invoice automatically, and can’t be withdrawn as cash.
  • One reward per national ID.
