Team & Roles
Invite your partner or accountant to your project workspace on Mumtalakat, and learn the three roles: owner, admin and member. Team size follows your plan, and an extra member can be requested through support.
- From «Settings ← Team» you invite your partner or accountant to your project workspace.
- There are three roles: owner with full access, admin for the team and settings, and member for reading and following buyers.
- Send the invitation by email; the member accepts and joins, and you can change their role or remove them any time.
- The number of members follows your plan, and you can ask Support for an extra member.
A deal isn’t always run by one person: your partner, accountant or documents lead may need access. From Settings → Team you invite them to your workspace with defined roles.
The three roles

Invite a member

From Settings → Team, enter the member’s email and choose their role.

They accept
The invitation arrives by email; they create an account or sign in, and join your workspace.

The owner and admins change roles and remove members at any time, and see the team’s activity log on the same page.

Team size
Section titled “Team size”- Inviting members, and how many, follows your plan; the owner counts as a seat. Pricing
- Need a member beyond your plan’s limit? Request an extra member through support, for a monthly fee shown on the pricing page.
- Or remove a member who no longer works with you to free a seat.
