Creating an account takes a few minutes. After that you verify your identity once: it’s free, our team reviews it by hand, and it’s required for the binding steps of a deal, such as signing the NDA, making a formal offer, and accepting the brokerage agreement.

  1. Mobile number

Open the sign-up page, enter your mobile number, then the 4-digit verification code you receive by SMS. You can continue with Google or X from the same page instead, and with Apple in the iPhone app.

  3. Choose your role

Mumtalakat asks: How will you use Mumtalakat? Pick List my business or Find a business, or tap Browse first. Then answer a few short questions: your business name and activity if you’re an owner, or the sectors you care about if you’re a buyer.

  4. Get started

When the terms or the privacy policy change later, one window shows links to the terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy. Tap «I agree and continue».

Open the sign-in page and enter your email and password, or continue with Google or X, and with Apple in the iPhone app.

  • Forgot your password? Tap «Forgot password?» and enter your email; you get a reset link.
  • The page marks the method you used last time with «Last used».
  • No account yet? «Browse opportunities without an account» opens the listings.

From Verify your account:

  1. Personal identity

Your full name as on your ID, the document type (Saudi National ID or Iqama, or a GCC or foreign ID document), its expiry date, and a clear photo of it: all four corners visible, good light, no glare.

  2. Business verification

Your activity document: the commercial register or the freelance permit. If your project is an idea that isn’t registered yet, your ID is enough.
