Mumtalakat is a Saudi commercial brokerage platform. It brings a project owner together with someone who will buy the business or partner in it, and puts every step of the deal in one place: the listing, the conversation, the contract, the payment and the handover. This page explains who it’s for and how it works.

When you register your project you choose the listing type. Each type has its own questions and documents:

Type Choose it when
Idea The project hasn’t started operating, or has only just begun
Partial sale — growth The business is running and growing; you sell a stake and stay in
Full sale / exit You sell the business outright, or a large stake, and step out
Merger You want to merge with another business or find a strategic partner, without a full sale
Digital asset You’re selling a brand, an online store, an app, a website or a domain

  1. A verified account

You sign up with your mobile number, then verify your identity. Our team reviews verification by hand. Account & verification

  2. A listing our team reviews

The owner registers the listing and uploads documents, and the team reviews it. Once approved, the owner accepts the brokerage agreement and the listing goes live.

  3. Interest and the NDA

The buyer taps «Express your interest». If the owner requires the NDA, the buyer can’t see the figures and sensitive details until they sign it.

  4. Conversation and meeting

Both sides talk in a private conversation on the platform, can hold a video meeting there, and exchange formal offers.

  5. Contract, payment, handover

The owner signs first, then the buyer. On new contracts carrying the «Dhamen» (ضامن) clause, the amount is held by Dhamen until handover; on others, payment is a documented transfer on the platform. Then handover and close.

A neutral broker

We bring the parties together and document every step. We don’t give financial advice, put a value on any project, or recommend a particular deal. The decision is the parties’.

Gradual privacy

The owner decides what shows before the NDA is signed and what shows after, and can hide the project name. Protection is enforced on the server, not just hidden on screen. Privacy & anonymity

Communication stays on the platform

Messages carrying a phone number, an email or an outside contact link are blocked, even when the number is written out in words. This keeps the deal record and protects both sides. Commission protection

Payment held by «Dhamen»

On new contracts that carry the Dhamen clause, the buyer transfers the deal amount to an account with Dhamen, and it’s released to the owner only after handover. Contract & payment
