  1. Mumtalakat has three kinds of meetings: an intro meeting, a consulting session and a deal meeting.
  2. The intro meeting is 30 minutes with the team on Google Meet, no account needed.
  3. A consulting session is booked from the expert's times and held inside the platform.
  4. A deal meeting is between the two parties inside the platform, and its limits follow the project owner's plan.
The deal meeting

Mumtalakat has three kinds of appointment, each with its own purpose and place:

Intro meeting

30 minutes with our team, no account needed.

Consulting session

A session with our team on a topic you choose.

Deal meeting

Between you and the other party, on the platform.

For anyone who wants to know the platform before starting. It’s held over Google Meet and lasts 30 minutes.

  1. Book your slot

From Book a meeting, without signing in: pick a day and time and leave your details.

  2. The team reviews it

Your request stays under review until the team confirms the time.

  3. You get the meeting link

Once confirmed, you receive the Google Meet link. You can change or cancel the booking from the link in your message.

A session with an expert from our team on a topic you choose when booking, such as how your numbers read to a buyer, or preparing your files. It is held in the Mumtalakat room inside the platform, not on Google Meet, and booked from the expert’s own available times. Full details in Session with an expert.

  • Booking: from Tools → Book a consultation; buyers from My sessions.
  • Included hours: paid plans include yearly consulting hours; the number depends on the plan. Pricing
  • On the Featured trial: one 30-minute session with an expert in selling businesses and closing deals, booked from the trial card on your dashboard.
  • Extra hours: you can buy them whenever you need, separate from your plan.

Once a conversation is open between the owner and the buyer, either side can propose a time from the available hours.

  1. The owner sets their hours

From Settings → Meeting hours. Setting your own hours depends on your plan; otherwise the default hours are offered.

  2. A time is proposed

One side picks an available time and the meeting length, and chooses the type: video on the platform, or in person.

  3. The other side accepts

The proposal waits for the other party until they accept, and both are notified of the time.

  4. The meeting starts

15 minutes before the time, a bar with a join button appears at the top of the conversation, and the room stays open until 15 minutes after the end. Video meetings run inside Mumtalakat itself, with no outside app.

After the meeting, a card in the conversation shows how it went: held, one side absent, or cancelled.

How many deal meetings a month, the longest meeting, and how many days ahead a slot can be booked all follow the project owner’s plan. The buyer pays nothing and isn’t counted against these limits. Pricing
