Request a specific project: the Mumtalakat team searches for you

For Enterprise buyers: describe what you are looking for, the Mumtalakat team searches the market for it and replies within 3 working days. Two open requests at a time.

  1. Can't find what you want? Describe it and the team searches for it; the service is in the Enterprise plan.
  2. Set the sectors, regions, budget and timeline, then write exactly what you are looking for.
  3. The team gets back to you within 3 business days, and you can have two open requests at once.
  4. Follow each request's status under «Your briefs» in «Request a project».

Did not find what you want in the opportunities? Describe it, and the Mumtalakat team searches the market for it. This service is on the Enterprise plan.

In short:

  • You write what you are looking for: sector, region, budget and timeline.
  • The team reads your brief and really searches for it, and comes back within 3 working days.
  • You can have two open requests at a time.

Every brief is read and worked by a person, so the number is capped at what we can actually deliver.

How to send a brief

  1. Open the page

    From the side menu choose Request a project, under «Management».

    In the app: Account & settings → Request a custom project

  2. Set your criteria

    Choose the sectors and regions, enter the budget from and to, and pick the timeline: as soon as possible, within 3 months, within 6 months, or exploring. Sectors, regions and budget are filled from your preferences if you set them.

    In the app: Account & settings → Request a custom project → Create a request → Sectors, Regions, Budget, When do you want to close?

  3. Write exactly what you are looking for

    Write the part a filter cannot hold: team size, customer type, why you are buying, what to avoid. The description must be at least 20 characters.

  4. Send the brief

    Select «Send the brief». You see a message that your brief reached the team and that they will come back within 3 working days.

Where do you see replies?

On the same page, under Your briefs. Each brief has a status:

Status Meaning
Received Your brief arrived and is waiting for the search.
Searching The team is working on it.
Delivered The team has come back to you with a result.
Closed The brief is finished.

Only briefs that are «Received» or «Searching» count toward the two. When a reply arrives or a brief is closed, its place is free for a new one.

If we go past 3 working days, you get a notification that your brief is still with the team, and you can open it from there.
