In a minute
  1. Your share is a portion of the platform's net commission actually collected, not of the deal value.
  2. Your commission is recorded automatically when a deal closes for a buyer attributed to you, and you get a notification.
  3. A commission moves through stages: accrued, approved, due for payout, paid.
  4. Nothing is paid out before your identity is verified and a bank account in your name is added.

Your rate and attribution window are on the «Your program terms» card in your dashboard. That card is the reference, because terms can differ from one broker to another.

When a deal closes for a buyer attributed to you, within your attribution window, your commission is recorded automatically and you are notified. You don’t need to claim it.

Stage Meaning
Accrued Recorded when the deal closed, awaiting review
Approved Reviewed and confirmed by the team
Payable Part of your withdrawable balance
Paid Transferred to you, with proof of transfer
Reversed Cancelled before payout, for a written reason you receive

No payout is prepared until both are met:

  1. Your identity verification is approved.
  2. A bank account in your name is added to your wallet.

Your verification status shows in your account menu at the top of the page: Verified, Verification under review, or Not verified.

Turn it on in your wallet and set a cadence (weekly or monthly) and a minimum balance. Your payable commissions are then gathered into one payout on your cadence and enter the payout queue, and you are notified.

Your wallet shows your withdrawable balance, what has been paid, what is in a payout in progress, and each commission with its stage. The statement is a downloadable timeline, with the proof attached to every payout.
