Your Link & Buyer Attribution

How a buyer is attributed to you through your link, how long the attribution window lasts, and when nobody is attributed to you.

  1. Share your link using the in-platform share buttons, which add your code to it.
  2. A buyer is attributed to you when they create a new account, and your code stays on their device for 7 days.
  3. Nobody is attributed to you if your account is not approved, the buyer already had an account, or another broker came first.
  4. Attribution has a time window, and a deal that closes after it ends does not count for you.

Your link is your working tool. This page explains when a buyer is attributed to you, how long it lasts and, most importantly, when it isn’t.

  1. Share your link

Your code and link are in your dashboard. Always use the share buttons inside the platform; they add your code to the link.

  2. The buyer creates a new account

Your code is picked up at sign-up, the attribution is recorded, and you are notified straight away.

  3. Follow them in your dashboard

They appear under «Attributed buyers» with their stage: signed up → verified → in a deal → closed.

Your account isn't approved

Before approval, while suspended or after the program ends for you, the link works but does not attribute, and the platform tells you so where the copy button would be.

The buyer already has an account

Attribution happens only when a new account is created. Someone already registered is not attributed, even through your link.

Attributed to another broker

Each buyer has one attribution: the earliest wins, and it is never moved later.

You signed up through your own link

Signing up with your own account is refused automatically.

A link without your code

If you copy a project page’s address from your browser, it won’t carry your code.

Attribution isn’t forever. Each one lasts a set period from the referral date, 12 months by default unless your approved brokerage request sets another. You find yours on the «Your program terms» card in your dashboard, and each attributed buyer shows a days-remaining counter.

You see the buyer’s name and stage only: not their email, phone or deal details. You brought them; their relationship with the platform stays with the platform. This limit is deliberate and protects both sides.
